Ingredients: Dilution: Properly diluting oils is important. Overuse of pure
oils on the skin can set you up for a lifetime of sensitivity to
that oil; even Lavender! Pure oils can be used for aromatherapy if they
will not be touching the skin. But if they will be used on the skin, they
should be diluted with carrier oil. Caution

How many drops of each oil to
use: ~Use equal amounts of each or ~Use fewer drops of the most expensive oil or ~Use the most drops of the most powerful oil or ~Use the most drops of the best smelling oil or ~Use the most drops of the oil you have the most faith in! ~Use the least drops of citrus oils and hot oils if it will be on your skin. Citrus includes Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Bergamot and Orange. Hot includes Cinnamon, Clove, Oregano and Thyme.
